Provides technical and application support for insulation products across North India. Responsibilities include site visits, product demonstrations, mock-ups, installation training, complaint investigation, technical documentation, contractor development, competitor benchmarking, new product trials, energy audits, and passive fire protection assessments. The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Process Development teams while resolving field issues and identifying business opportunities.

Manages key accounts and business development across North India’s Defence and Government sectors. Provides technical guidance on insulation performance, calculations, specifications, compliance, drawings, proposals, and product applications. Leads product testing, certification, technical presentations, training, product development, and specification management. Builds relationships with consultants, architects, builders, investors, and government and defense customers while developing project pipelines, forecasting demand, securing rate contracts, and growing sales.

Develops and grows sales across North India by managing business plans, project pipelines, distributors, contractors, consultants, and end customers. Responsibilities include business development, channel and pricing management, forecasting, market and competitive analysis, profitability management, and receivables collection. The role requires strong HVAC or building-material industry knowledge, technical understanding, negotiation and relationship-management skills, CRM experience, and travel throughout North India, especially Delhi NCR.
