Diagnose, configure, troubleshoot, and resolve complex customer issues involving Appfire applications and Atlassian products across cloud and data center environments. Own technical issues through resolution, support L1-L3 escalations, collaborate with architects and internal teams, and provide technical guidance to junior and peer resources. Apply scripting, database, systems, analytical, and communication skills while supporting enterprise software products for a global customer base.

Manage information security tickets from intake through resolution, including categorization, prioritization, SLA tracking, tier 1 incident triage, escalation to SecOps, and technical support. Assist with security tool deployment, document solutions, improve ticketing processes, generate metrics reports, and support employee security awareness training. The role is fully remote within India, with travel to Hyderabad for planned events.

Support India entity accounting: process daily transactions, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, handle AP and employee expenses, assist month-end close, provide tax and statutory support (PF, TDS, GST), prepare audit schedules, manage SEZ and regulatory filings, and maintain banking documentation using NetSuite, Coupa, and Navan.

Provide L1/L2 technical support for Appfire and Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) in cloud and data center environments: diagnose, configure, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues, escalate to senior engineers, and own tickets through resolution.
