As a Business Travel Consultant II, you will provide travel support, resolve customer inquiries, and enhance user experience through collaboration and feedback.

Operate as the tactical controller of a 24/7 global travel operation, monitoring AI-driven alerts, executing exception-based levers to protect SLAs, managing portfolios and queues across channels, leading incident response during disruptions, and cross-training in forecasting and data tools to improve automation and continuity.

Provide on-site and remote technical support for end users, manage hardware procurement and maintenance, administer SaaS tools and user accounts, troubleshoot network, A/V and conferencing systems, run onboarding/offboarding and executive white-glove support, maintain documentation and IT policies, and participate in on-call rotation and site IT operations.

Lead analysis and automation across flight fulfillment to reduce errors and revenue leakage. Identify automation opportunities, translate operational bottlenecks into technical requirements, investigate recurring ticketing and refund issues, and document SOPs and training to scale operational capabilities.

Manage and improve Navan Expense operations by handling escalations, meeting KPIs, driving process improvements, collaborating cross-functionally, and supporting policy and procedure development to ensure compliant, efficient expense and card operations.

Lead and develop a team of Business Travel Consultants, manage operational performance and SLAs, own customer relationships and escalations, drive process improvements, hire and onboard staff, and coordinate engagement and administrative tasks to ensure excellent travel program service.

Design, structure, and maintain the company knowledge base for Global Operations. Use AI and design tools to create searchable, multimedia knowledge assets, write user-friendly articles, manage content lifecycle and reviews, align stakeholders, and support KM strategy and post-training resources to improve information access and usage.
