  • The role is focused on identifying and resolving key impediments that are hindering the organization's ability to become more agile and mature in its processes. The primary objective of this role is to streamline and optimize the processes across the organization that have been identified as obstacles to achieving agility.

The successful Product Owner should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, as well as the flexibility to adapt their approach to the unique challenges faced by the organization.

    - The Product Owner is likely to encounter some standardized problems or issues that are commonly faced by organizations in their journey towards agility and process maturity.

    - These may include challenges related to process inefficiencies, lack of collaboration, communication breakdowns, resistance to change, and suboptimal resource allocation.

    - The Product Owner should have the ability to identify and address these types of standardized problems using well-established problem-solving techniques and best practices.

    2. Varied Problems:

Once the initial impediment is resolved, the Product Owner will move on to address other highly prioritized impediments that are hindering the organization's agility.
