As a Product Manager within the Consumer and Community Banking team, you lead the innovation and end-to-end lifecycle of new product offerings, acting as the voice of the customer to develop profitable, high-quality products. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and exceptional client experiences, with a focus on scalability, resiliency, and stability.
Job responsibilities
- Define roadmap and deliver technology features with a strong focus on scalability, resiliency, and stability.
- Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that supports the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
- Lead delivery of features and enhancements while ensuring adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage timelines and dependencies, monitor blockers, ensure adequate resourcing, and liaise with stakeholders.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and incorporate it into the product vision.
- Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers and aligns with architectural and product strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and executive leadership to drive product strategy, roadmaps, and priorities.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain.
- Proven ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, delivering products that meet business needs and customer expectations.
- Strong technical track record collaborating with architecture and engineering teams from design through deployment.
- Effective stakeholder management and influence across all organizational levels, both technical and non-technical.
- Deep understanding of data architecture principles, including data lakes, data movement, and migration.
- Solid experience with cloud architectures and cloud-based ETL services such as AWS Glue, S3, EMR, and Lambda.
- Expertise in ensuring data quality, governance, and security in enterprise-scale organizations.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in Abinitio for ETL processes, including design, development, and management of ETL workflows.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience with AWS services pertinent to data engineering and transformation.
- Experience implementing metadata management solutions to support data lineage, cataloging, and governance efforts.
- Skilled in defining and enforcing data standards to maintain consistency and interoperability across various data systems.
