As a team member, your responsibilities span the entire software development process to include:
- Owning and managing the customer technology roadmap with the Account Director and cross-functional teams.
- Overseeing projects end-to-end: scope, tracking, change/risk management, validation, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
- Leading release management and quality assurance, including error and release handling.
- Identifying process gaps and driving continuous improvement across the customer lifecycle.
- Consulting clients to maximize outcomes, boost adoption of HERE solutions, and uncover upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Acting as the Voice of the Customer by providing feedback to Product and Sales and driving executive reviews.
- Traveling up to 25% (domestic and international) to meet customers and suppliers.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or an equivalent technical fields.
- 9+ years of technical experience (software / platform / engineering) with a pre-sales track record or equivalent technically oriented management function.
- Strategic relationship management, leadership, networking, and commercial awareness.
- Ability to influence and obtain positive outcomes from indirect reports.
- Experience in all aspects of program management (execution and delivery) involving large cross-functional teams.
- A strong sense of ownership of the customer account and ensure a trusted partnership is established with the customer.
- Excellent consultative, advisory, organizational skills with an aptitude for strategic thinking, proactive risk management and problem solving.
- Sound understanding of automotive infotainment, telematics or cloud solutions.
- PMI PMP certification (or equivalent) is a plus.
- AWS certification (or equivalent) is a nice to have.

As part of the Customer Success team, The Principle Technical Support Engineer oversees day-to-day customer engagements and has an active participation to retain and grow those customer relationships.
